We rented a property with Belvoir for two years and during that period all the professionals that we had interactions with were polite, timely with their communication and always prioritised our queries to ensure they were resolved quickly. It makes such a difference to have such an attentive team ready to help and support you whenever needed. We would always recommend Belvoir as an Estate agent and we would like to thank them for making our renting experience so positive. Particularly towards the end and moving out Jo Jones has been fantastic in keeping us updated regarding deposit etc and was very kind and friendly Jo is an asset to the team- great work Belvoir!!!

Thanks to everyone at the Tilehurst Parkers office for all their help and support in selling my Dad’s home. It’s never easy selling a home, more so when you are doing it at a distance and there are several family members involved but Parkers have helped us through every step of the way. They have been thoroughly professional and prompt to respond when we’ve needed it. They have lived up to the sales pitch with effective marketing and on going support, helping us with contractors where needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The house was originally sold to my parents by Parker’s more than 60 years ago. Dad was very pleased that they were still just as reliable. Having the WhatsApp group was really effective for us as a family. Thanks once again. Hazel

Having rented for about six years in Reading, I have often been disappointed with various estate agents that I have used. My luck however changed when I dealt with Martin and Co Caversham. Throughout my tenancy, they have been extremely professional, courteous and warm. It feels like dealing with a family business. Sean was particularly helpful, going above and beyond expectations to secure the place we wanted to live. Mica has also been wonderful, friendly and deals with any arising issue most efficiently. We are relocating so unfortunately we have to end our tenancy, but I have and would continue to recommend Martin and Co.

I would just like to say that Paula Thomson and Harry Buck from Parker’s estate agents in marketplace Reading are by far and wide the BEST agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The sheer professionalism they both exude and the rapport they build with you makes you instantly feel at ease during the house buying process, which for most people is one of the most stressful processes you’ll ever have to deal with, but with Harry and Paula, they both made what should have been a really heavy process, so much lighter. And for me personally, I think that is invaluable. I’ll admit, I’ve not been the easiest of cases, largely due to the intricacies and complexities of home ownership and lending when being self employed, and despite it being a long and drawn out process with lots of twists and turns, nothing has ever been too much for them. Prompt replies to any queries I’ve had ALWAYS! They’ll bend over backwards for you to get something done and get it over the line, even if it inconveniences them. I’ve not had to chase them for anything a single time in 5 months! They are on top of EVERYTHING, especially their game. They are the best at what they do and they really and truly are an asset to Parker’s - they are exceptionally lucky to have them; as a business owner myself I can tell you one thing, if I was to ever open an agency, I would try to employ the pair of them in a heartbeat and throw as much bloody money at them as I could afford to try and get them; they have qualities that you simply cannot buy and cannot teach, they are exceptional. After 5 months of putting up with me, it brings me great joy to say I will be picking up the keys to my first home tomorrow from Harry and Paula who have made my dreams of home ownership finally become a reality. Harry and Paula if you’re reading this, I couldn’t have done it without you and everything you have done for me, and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you.
